Tours

Please note: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Yaddo Gardens are temporarily closed through the end of 2020. As such, we are not currently scheduling weddings, tours or photo shoots.

The roses begin to bloom in mid-June and are at peak from about the third week of June through July, and then peak again in mid to late-August. The rock garden is in bloom from mid-June through mid-September.

Summer drop-in tours of the Yaddo Gardens are offered on Saturdays and Sundays, from June 15 through September 1 for $10 per person. Visitors should meet at the main garden gate at 11 AM.

During racing season, drop-in tours are offered on Tuesdays from July 16 through August 27 at 11 AM for $10 per person.

From September 13 through October 27, the $10 drop-in ghost tours are offered on Friday and Sunday evenings at 5 PM. Visitors should meet in the garden parking lot at 5 PM.

Docent-led tours for private groups may be arranged by contacting the Yaddo Office at 518-584-0746.

All tours include historic information about Yaddo. The Yaddo Mansion is not included on the tours. Cash or checks only, please.
