Breathing Lights

Breathing Lights is a light art installation in over 200 vacant buildings in the Capital District designed to draw attention to too-long-neglected neighborhoods. The light reminds us of their potential as homes and businesses. Locations and related events are on this schedule. The project is supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies.
